Boat and train ride to Switzerland

We had gorgeous weather for this fantastic boat ride up Lake Maggiore all the way to Switzerland, combined with a train ride in the mountains on the way back. It was an endless succession of spectacular vistas. Here's a quick sample.

A quick stop in Switzerland. Just long enough for a coffee, some gelato, and of course, some delicious and very, very expensive chocolate that was carried by Tristan in his red bag.

The train ride on the way back offered some stunning vistas.

We had a bite and a drink by the water before taking our last boat ride. And it was once on the boat that we realized the missing red bag. Of course, Tristan's mojito probably had nothing to do with it.
