The bucket Lift

It took Vicki quite a bit to muster her courage and take a ride in the Lago Maggiore Funicolare, a cable lift up the mountain in two-person open buckets.

The cable lift goes straight up the mountain, for about 1000 meters of elevation.

Even with the clouds and occasional mist, the view was spectacular!
