Interesting modern art installation

While Florence is mostly a Renaissance town, we came across multiple parts of a large modern art installation by the Belgian artist Jan Faber. His very odd and quirky bronze statues are found all over the piazzas and gardens of the city. Here's a small sample of the installation entitled Spiritual Guards. Quite different from what we've been seeing so far. Tristan was not impressed, but what would you expect...

Joy found this row of water-filled bathtubs particularly interesting.

  1. Mario, the chrome heads in the garden remind me of several installations of former Soviet leader's busts that I saw in many cities in Kazakhstan.
